We discovered a major issue with the tile shower floor in our master bathroom just before a weekend of showings, and Carlos truly saved the day. He personally showed up that same evening, quickly found a replacement tile that looked even better than the original (and cost less), and had his team redo the shower floor the very next day. Carlos’s communication was excellent—he kept us informed every step of the way and responded faster and more clearly than any contractor we’ve ever worked with. The workmanship is impeccable, the new tile looks fantastic, and the whole process was as smooth as possible. Best of all, the price was extremely reasonable for the level of service and quality.
